There is water trapped inside my Pinter 2Updated 2 days ago
If you can hear liquid inside your Pinter 2 while it is empty this means you've got liquid trapped between the inner and outer casing. This isn't anything to worry about and doesn't indicate any problem with your Pinter. This can sometimes happen during the cleaning or purification process. We'd recommend making sure your Pinter isn't fully submerged in water during cleaning to help avoid this happening.
Draining this liquid is usually quite simple. you can leave your Pinter 2 in the brewing position overnight (Carbonation Dial facing the ceiling in the OFF position) without the Tap or Main Cap attached, the liquid should slowly drain out. You can alternatively give your Pinter 2 a gentle shake to help some of the liquid out.
If the liquid inside your Pinter 2 is not water, this may indicate a problem.
