If your order was unexpectedly refunded and cancelled, it’s likely due to a second subscription being started on an account that already has an active subscription.

🚫 Why this happens:

Some of our offers or promotions, particularly those featured on our homepage, are designed for first-time customers only. These require you to start a subscription to redeem the offer.

If such a promotional order is placed on an account that already has an active Fresh Beer Club subscription, the system will automatically cancel and refund the order. This is to prevent duplicate subscriptions and ensure fairness across our community.

  • If you believe this cancellation was in error or would like help placing a non-promotional order, our Customer Service team is happy to assist.

  • If you're looking to purchase more Fresh Presses or accessories, you can do so directly from our shop online without starting a second subscription.
